    Are we not allowed to acknowlege anything negative, despite its high significance?
    – Ed Litton plagiarism scandal, covered by multiple secular national outlets
    – private audio recordings leaking just before the convention
    – Mike Stone suing Russell Moore for defamation
    – Beth Moore very publicly leaving the SBC
    – hairy EC votes & resignations
